~Rich:I was in the middle of the very long process of placing my order (they had already taken my money) when they asked me to get a notary signature before they could complete the process. I became frustrated and decided to cancel but there was no contact information on their site. I got to 'Get Human' (whom I had used before) used the preferred contact method, got to a real human at Vitalchek (Cynthia) within * minutes, she cancelled my order with no questions in less than one minute and I am extremely pleased with the process.
