Rep. was thorough and listened to what I knew was the problem, although he could not resolve the problem with me then, I knew that it would get resolved eventually, and I know that that initial communication with him on the issue set things in motion to allow me to fix the connection settings this morning. My IPAD now connects beautifully and my laptop is connecting, dispite the pop up pc power **x* help, more like harrassment program, that I apparently have not completely removed or deleted yet.
