~tzedeka:I called this number over a period of * days, once from the Radio Shack store so I could port my number to a different company. I entered the store at * pm and left at * p.m. I called several times, spoke to * live advisors and one floor manager, nobody was able to give me my account number so I could transfer to another cell company. As a result, I lost my number. This is a violation under the Number Portability Act. They cannot prevent you from leaving & taking your number. But they did. Why? B*c they are a multi-billion dollar global company and all customer NO Service reps are located in Manila, so besides that they are not trained, they do not speak fluent English, which makes it harder to communicate.
