Everything she said made me laugh (it was so erroneous and bizarre), so I asked for the supervisor -who was very knowledgeable- but she didn't come on the line for ** minutes. This is NOT a traditional business office for VZW-it's basically a group of payment centers that support a computer that duns cell phone customers daily starting the day after their bill is due.
