But, the problem wasn't solved: made an agreement for a * year renewal, but then Verizon upped the price before the first payment was due - said they couldn't work with the deal negotiated* BUT, I WAS LOCKED INTO THE CONTRACT, even though they changed the terms. SORRY, TOO BAD, but we just can't do that deal, and you are locked in.
