This rep didn't know for sure either, but she did explain how the box*outlet relationship, looked for ways to help, and offered a suggestion (I couldn't use...). She was pleasant, spoke very clearly (as opposed to the earlier rep I spoke with...and there was a message at the start of the call about my approximate wait time (they were off by about * minutes, but at least I had a range).
