~tnmc:The person who picked up my call was nice, however I have a smart tv that has NEVER worked since I bought it. Her Manager got on the phone and said- I quote "sorry your tv doesn't work there is nothing I can do to help you" I told her the TV has never worked there has to be something they can do, send tech support out at least. I live right near their headquarters. She said "nope sorry". WORST customer service experience ever! I would NEVER recommend their products to anyone. In fact I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my experience when shopping for a new TV and make sure nobody else I know makes the same mistake I did. With how they treat people, eventually enough people will do this and they'll be out of business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON VIZIO- WORST EVER!!!!
