~nadinep09:Husband had a broken seat on our flight out to seattle. Called upon landing and was promised a seat upgrade coming home for us. Call after call after call......trying to explain to people who barely speak english and no upgrade. We are still in the rear of the plane. Finally one person upgrades the first leg of our flight. Second leg....I am moved to row **....husband is left in row **!! I am on *rd phone call as i type this trying to get this corrected. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
