~Yadams:I've used Uber over a cab solely because of automation, I can input my pickup address & destination and wait for the driver to arrive. The past * requests I've submitted to Uber were followed up with phone calls from drivers speaking broken English asking for directions. This morning the Uber driver said, "I don't have a map on me".**So Uber is priced EXACTLY the same as a cab, Uber drivers start charging the minute they arrive (often not calling or messaging they're here) and Uber drivers will more than likely call asking for directions (NOT using the tools & resources they're given).*There is no way of contacting Uber directly to voice concerns so I vote with my money.
