~SpikeGirl:This has been my insurance company for well over ** years. One day I asked why it was that EVERYONE I have ever spoken to at USAA has been so friendly and well informed. They told me it's because they go through extensive training before they are even allowed to assist the customer. Why is it that other companies can't follow suit? The cost is minimal when it comes to customer retention. If I don't get good customer service, I will not use the service again and I will make sure I tell those close to me. If I get GREAT customer service, then I don't mind paying for it. USAA ROCKS!
