~Customerserviceisdead:I called and pressed * after prompt,which made the robo voice tell me that I NEEDED to state why I was calling before I could reach a human. I figured any reason they began to list would just get me automated B.S. so I said "mail problems". Amazingly, the robo voice then said " ok, you want customer service,please hold" and * minutes later I was talking to a human! Not the most helpful human but it's USPS so I didn't expect much. Still better than robo lady though!
