~Latter-day Saint Miguel Paz:This shortcut through the maze is wonderful! I am surprised that the USCIS phone maze is so terrible that it blocks people from reaching a human. There is only one way through it and that way is highly difficult to find. I am almost offended that phone maze is still in effect and has yet to be changed. I got through it by guessing and had a hard time remembering what I guessed. The people asked me questions about things of which I understood only a portion and I speak English. **"I understand you are not calling about blah and blah and blah and blah." **I thought, *"Why are you telling me all the things about which I am not calling about?"**and**"How do I know that I am not calling about those things when I have no idea what they are when you tell them to me?"**and **"Why does USCIS continue to make its phone employees ask these time-wasting and robotic questions?"**OVERALL*I love that this site has provided a path through a terrible phone maze. Terrific!**I hate the phone maze
