GetHuman-140579:Just found out, after *:**PM that the driver picked up the wrong package from the wrong customer with my label that shows it was picked up at *:** but I was told at *:**PM the package wasn't picked up yet. Isn't that interesting? Life saving equipment like an oxygen concentrater a patient has to do without now after finding out the package sitting in front of them was never picked up because the driver claimed he picked it up that turned out to be from a completely different customer that is also now going to the wrong company, obviously. Maybe we'll take bets on which one of us patients will survive without oxygen now the longest until the machine is returned now that was never picked up.
