We're backed up, but website claims package out for delivery both days so far. Now I have to take off a third day (Fri.) to wait. What BS!! Anyways, I figured out how to get to the local UPS Regional presidents office. Going to call tomorrow morning and start being a SQUEAKY!!! wheel.*Here's what I did**. Google your Regional corp UPS president's name and office address. Then just search the address. I found a phone number from a website and called it now when no one is in so I go transferred into the voicemail system.**. Exit out to the vm main menu and randomly enter *? digits close to the * you dialed. Try to get to a number that is not us
