~LM:I could understand them - they were either useless or just unwilling to help. They delivered my package to the wrong unit (big industrial complex). I called and had to explain the problem three times. I was sent to the same wrong department twice and on the last call I got a snotty rep who told me I had to go to the wrong address myself and ask for my package. She says the driver didn't know which unit to send it to (although the shipper says they put it on the label) so he it took it upon himself to deliver to the first person to open the door. No answer at the door when I tried to do their job for them.
