GetHuman-107786:My husband and I are long time UPMC Passavant customers. In fact we go back all the way when it was just North Hills Passavant. I would like to tell you about me recent phone call to the UPMC Passavant scheduling line. My wait was only about ten minutes but when my phone csll was answered the must grumpy,unhelpful person answered the phone.I had to ask her name since she did not say what it was. Her name was Darby and my service was terrible. She took more time to try and argue with me than she did helping me. I was very upset by this and I don't know what to do. I will try another hospital in hopes that i get better treatment.
