~Frustrated:As a provider, it has been an awful experience dealing with UMR. I have called UMR numerous times for the same client and have received various phone numbers and they all end up with automated systems that do not answer my question. The few women I spoke to were not helpful in answering my question and connected me to phone numbers, all of which seemed to lead to the same automated system. This has been a very frustrating experience. What a waste of time!
