I read on the internet that if you have over ** hours transit between flights then you will be put up free of charge in a hotel. i went to the desk and they said they wouldn't put me up because of the booked flight between mine. That is not what it said on the website. It said if there are over ** hours, not over ** hours if......**One of the only reasons I flew Turkish airlines is that i would be able to show and relax on my way to New York. I am disappointed in your airline I feel I was lied to. The manager at the Turkish desk in the airport said he agreed with me but still would give me what was promised.**I fly internationally yearly and most of the people I work with in the middle east also do.
