~Anonymous:I couldn't complete a customer feedback form as it would not accept the date of the flight. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the form, even though I had tried * times to complete one! The only way to submit the form was to miss out the flight details and to include them in the comment box. The person said they couldn't hear me but when I asked them to phone me back or to give me an email addresss for communication they could hear me very well! A very poor service, I just hope I get some response to my complaint about missing items from my baggage.
