I talked with her for ** min about a $** cash back offer that I was eligible for, but she did not have the authority to resolve the issue. I don't blame her but Intuit is extremely bad as far as giving customers fair value for their products. If you can be content with buying their products and never trying to contact them to resolve an issue, they are okay. But if you have an issue prepare to waste a huge amount of time trying to get satisfaction.
