I finally gave up the second time on hold and hung up. I was never given the opportunity to speak to a representative. The ironic thing is, I was calling to ask questions about purchasing the program. I had been told that the program had been hacked and people had their information stolen. I wanted assurances that it was safe to buy and use the program. I wanted information about what they did to recover the stolen refunds and fix the identity thefts from their program.But if a company won't even answer when you want to BUY from them, why in the world will they answer when you are in desperate need of help with your taxes?*DON'T buy this program-there is no one there to help you and the risk is NOT worth it!!!
