~Jeff：Can't understand why it's so hard to actually get to a person... anyway I wanted to know why TT Deluxe with State is **.** at Costco but **.** online with additional costs for state. The answer was because they store your taxes for you. I don't need them stored, a PDF on my computer is just fine, that was not an option I was told. So I have to go buy the CD at Costco, call in for an online number because I have a new computer and no longer have a CD drive.. why do they make it so hard.. H&R Block commercials look pretty good right about now. It just can't be this hard to use their product.. I've been doing it for ** years or so... and would hate to go somewhere else.
