GetHuman-118156:I wanted to review my report on-line but couldn't due to forgotten password, called and spoke to a representative who informed me that due to me not knowing my account numbers I couldn't get my account unlocked, however these same accounts has been removed from my equifax report due to fraudulence accounts so how am I suppose to know them. Yet when I was paying TransUnion for their services the representative then had no problem giving me access on-line with me just providing my name, address, and social security number, but now I cannot afford to pay any longer and want to view my yearly free credit report, and all of a sudden I need account numbers. *Another thing is that this company does not accurately verify accounts because the same accounts I was able to get removed from my accounts from equifax, Transunion state that they were able to verify, when I questioned them on how they verified fraudulence accounts when it has already been verified as a fraud by equifax, the representat
