~Sandie:I am not happy with Toshiba's laptop. Got it in Jan. and in Aug it shuts down. Call for support and I have to send it in but they will send a box. The box was due on Friday (several days later) and UPS did not deliver it because they had no townhouse number or phone number. SOOO instead of getting it on Friday to then pack the laptop and spend Sat running around trying to find an UPS store that will sign off on it I now have to wait until MONDAY to get UPS to drop it off. So another four days before it is even shipped. It was explained I needed to get personal information off the computer before shipping as it does not go to Toshiba but to a "store" and how can I get my stuff off it when it shut down while I was using it and won't come on again. Worked with support and would not come on again. NOW I have to pack it Monday and then Tuesday take it to an UPS store try to find one that will actually sign off that I handed them a computer. I work, so it may be NEXT Saturday before I can sp
