~pissed off:I will never buy another TomTom product or recommend one to anyone else. The product is terrible, the customer support is in India so the people are hard to understand, and they do not want to take back a unit no matter how flaky it acts. To make matters worse, we used it for the first time on a vacation to another state. TomTom decided to update its maps and we lost our GPS signal FOR THE WHOLE TRIP. We had to wait to get home and upload the new maps to restore our GPS signal. What the ****? I can't be the only person totally pissed off by this company, its product,and its lousy customer service.
