However, Time Warner reps and customer service are the worst! they lied and sold us a package that had hundreds of dollars of hidden fees. Don't but into the "free" pitch. it doesn't happen. we were promised the sun and the moon and zero delivery. In fact, we incurred even greater charges we didn't count on. Shame on them.
