~Courtneyrikki:Words can not describe how awful TWC is. I was on the phone for ** minutes and spoke to * different people. Out of those ** minutes I spoke to each person for a maximum of ** seconds.*Alls I wanted to do was activate my DTA and they kept transferring my call because no one knew what they were doing. I was on my *th person and they told me that he knew exactly who I needed to talk to and transfered me again. Then a women picks up and tells me she is in Texas and doesn't know why the North Carolina people transfered me to her.*At that point, I hung up. I was done!!!!*Their customer service is awful!
