Switch to Verizon fios and be under contract, switch to dish and have to shovel snow off it in the winter. At least twc has free service calls if you actually have a real problem and don't just want a tech out because you're lazy. They really don't care if you cancel service or switch. Even *** customers won't effect them. Cable is a want not a need people.
