I have the chat Transscript. I am a LONG TIME time warner customer. Problem started last weekend. After spending over * hours on the phone and chats, I finally got the Time Warner President Office * in NY and left a message about the EXTREMELY poor customer service, not updating of my account, my service price doubled and when it was supposedly price dropped, I LOST ** channels I TOLD THEM I did not want to lose then the customer service rep I called back had the nerve to ask ME why it took me ** hour to "notice the missing channels". I left the message with the Presidents Office, they called Monday and Tuesday. I am a SINGLE MOM working TWO jobs, I am unavailable during the day. They said Pamela from the local customer svc area would call me, which she did and I called her back Tuesday, left a message TELLING
