~Yaya:I am so sick of time warner at this point. I've had the horrible luck of having no other option but to have them In two different states within the last two years. They have horrible customer service (overall, I've lived in NYC and TX) I am constantly having to call in about their intermittent service. This is the second address (whole new state) where I pay for **mbps of internet and receive only *mbps. Tech support is now help. Level one techs are a bunch of individuals that attended a two week networking training, and it's nearly impossible to get someone who actually knows what they're talking About, or cares enough to foward it to the right person. Supervisor*managers are no help either. I'm just venting, but I am so tired of they're pos company.
