GetHuman-shanekaj:I will never order from Tilly's again. I have ordered in the past and never had a problem.*My last order only * of the items was sent to me. I called customer service and they advised I waited to long to call. I advised that I was looking at email and it still said processing. They did not care at all and advised me to dispute through my bank. All I asked for was a store credit not even money back and that was impossible. *My order total was $** dollars* Tax and they could not even satisfy the debt. Spoke with Gabby a suppose to be manager and she was no help at all. They advised they called me but my voicemail was not working.*I get all other voicemails but on the day they call its not working. Everyone there you speak to has no compassion at all for your needs. I'm not even a first time customer and the service I received was horrible. *Its back to school shopping time and I would not spend $* dollar with this company. Very disappointed in the service I have received and will never tell anyone to order from them.
