Your switchboard operator did not identify herself, and had a condescending tone of voice when I explained why I was calling. I have a nursing background and with the incorrect information being given out, it needs to be corrected. I doubt by the way the tone of your switchboard operator was that she even told anyone. She was rude.Mis-information needs to be corrected.Period. Especially when it comes from such a dependable source that we all look to for accurate advice.
