GetHuman-245129:This was my first time using Teleflora. Teleflora did not deliver the flowers on the requested date (Saturday May *th) and when I called customer service your personnel refused to have the flowers delivered on Sunday to make ammends. I had to wait over ** minutes to speak with someone which in itself is unacceptable. The woman who I spoke with was extremely incompetent and unhelpful.****This ruined my mother's Mother's Day. As a result of late delivery and extremely poor customer service I will never use Teleflora again. Next time I will use one of the other numerous internet flower delivery services via the internet.
