~anonymous：They refused to answer my question. I had received a letter stating the transaction had failed but my account showed the transaction. I was calling to verify it on their end. They would not answer the question. They wanted to know my checking acct number, whether it was a joint account, whether I could write checks on that account. Nothing that had anything to do with the transaction. So, I told them I would assume that they had received the money and that they were of no help whatsoever. Their rating with the BBB is D-. Only * rating lower!!! Says everything.
