ANOTHER PROBLEM YOU CREATE is that it has already taken * days to get to me. Now of course I call to talk to someone and I wait FOREVER AND NO ONE ANSWERS. UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE. There are people who try to take care of situations like these but you make it almost impossible to take care of. I will put payment in the mail tomorrow, January **,****. You need to treat people better. YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
