~janh:This is the third day to call Teavana! The first two days, the recording told me to leave my number and a customer service rep would call me back* keeping my "place in line". No calls ever were returned. Today, I am calling before *am in hopes of beating the rush, but after ** min on-hold, I am ready to hang up. Their emails have been left unanswered for two days as well. How does anyone talk to a live person to get their orders fixed???
