~Jini:I bought Slim in * with free months Team Beachbody trial. Noticed this would be continued at ***£*.** per week charged quarterly in advance from my credit card unless I cancelled. I emailed three times, no response. I telephoned, first time and line was so bad I gave up (is this deliberate I wonder as others have mentioned this). I telephoned again, and another really bad line where I just could not hear the customer support guy. He rang me back and it was very slightly better. I was given all the spiel about not cancelling my membership and I simply replied that I don't use it. But I do use the DVDs and am very happy with them. I was finally given a cancellation reference, but I am not convinced that my bank card will not be charged for weekly membership I don't want. Apparently these are non refundable charges if they go through. I will certainly be back writing another review if I am charged.
