~Saga:I have decided that Target has gone out of its way to make it difficult to call to resolve issues. I seriously think they have even engineered annoying "holding" music to discourage people from staying on hold. When I asked for a supervisor I was given someone's voice mail. But what I find the worst is that employees constantly tell you that they can't do something -- like transfer you to the proper person -- because the "System" won't allow them to. It's creepy! Like a bad sci-fi movie!
