~Disgusted:Tmobile has been the worst customer care experiences for me in my life. From the start my personal info was screwed up, I was locked out by them as being the controlling party of my acct. When I called to get this matter resolved, not only was I treated rudely but was transfered beyond what any human should experience. Its been over two weeks that ive been trying to resolve one simple matter. They lie and transfer as a way to prevent any form of accountability for their actions.
