~HappyFamily:I am so incredibly pleased with TMobile every single time I call them. They are friendly, well-trained, and just come off as people, rather than drones. They are the reason we stick with TMobile, even though there are potentially better deals for us.**I feel in the current climate of mediocre customer service, a company that hires top notch people and trains them well is worth our business and extra $* a month or so.**Remember, if you call them with a friendly attitude, and treat them like the people they are, they will go above and beyond for you as they have for me every time.**They even chit chat about the weather and ask about the family and other small talk while waiting for things to happen. It's almost creepy.
