I have been trying to get my S* T-mobile to work since April to now it's ******** and it is still not working, unless you drive to look for towers. Do not buy T-mobile and get better phone VERIZON!! I started to dial tech support since *:** P.M. to now it's **:** and they still have not response! They also mailed me a use T-mobile phone to replace my new S* which was screwed up at corporate store in Hanover Maryland, it is still not working. *I am still waiting now **:** P.M. ******** , music playing and no one is answering the phone. This is a worst tech support or customer service. I will hang up now and redial and put it on auto speaker to see how long it takes for them to answer the phone. From *:** P.M. to now **:** P.M. is*horrible!! ***.***.**** New Mexico Team T-mobile Sorry Team!!
