He asked if I received an email or a voicemail from him prior to me calling. I replied that I had an urgent issue, and this was the number I was given to call. He stated that they don't take phone calls from the public, and that there is nothing he could do. I said "thank you" and hung up. **The way to reach someone is SOCIAL MEDIA!
