~kathi:I've tried * times now to talk to a human because I haven't received my statement, and all I get is the "robot menu" no matter what I said !! We are on a Promotional charge acct. and I don't want to loose it because GE made me late on my payment! I even called the store we purchased our item and told them what was going on , and they said they were sorry but the only phone number they have is the same one I have ! So, here I am !!!!!
