GetHuman-242308:The customer service employees (I have been in touch with them at least ** times), have usually been easy for ME to understand. THEY, however, cannot understand the spoken word. When I told one of them that I did not live in the city, I lived in the country, she said "Of course you live in the country." She thought I meant the U.S.A.(!) The point is, that they do not problem solve even when they understand. One problem leads to another-for example, a credit to the account is documented as a charge!
