~KC：Yay! It Worked! I went from panicked to all OK. I tried the usual customer service number included with the straight talk phone I bought and could not get ahold of a real person. So I came across this site and tried the number it gave me. I didn't do something right the first time I called the number, but I hung up and tried again and followed the instructions and this time,a customer service rep answered almost immediately after the last **...I think I did it about * times (once after each time the automated dude asked for my numbers).*Happy to say "problem solved!" and THANK YOU
