GetHuman-315773:Worst company ever. I was transferred twice, nobody spoke English well. The manager lied straight to me when I asked him where his policy was not covering shipping costs for returns. He said it is in the terms in conditions on straighttalk.com, I said OK I have it open, where. He then changed his mind and said it was actually only in their internal policy and would not send me a copy of it.
