~StraightTalk Hater：DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT Start service with StraightTalk. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. Hours on the phone with some rep in India that you can barely understand, and if they can't fix your issue, they cut you off. No call back, nothing. If you want your issue fixed, you have to call back and go through the whole process again. After a predetermined amount of time, they will tell you that since it has taken so long, they are going to transfer you to a supervisor, but guess what...there is never a supervisor available!!! So the same rep that has no clue is going to "continue to help you". Help with what??? They are clueless to help if the problem is not in their script. Save your sanity and stay away from StraightTalk!!!
