~Heather58103:Pretty good overall. This is first warranty claim I filed with them, and it was easier than I expected. I did panic a bit when I got an email saying the receipt I provided did not have the needed information, but the rep who called me back got it sorted out. The computer did not read my receipt and it was coming up blank. It took a little bit because of that glitch, but after that the money was in my Paypal account immediately. Reps were nice. All the reps had accents, some pretty strong and a little hard to understand. I am glad I got the warranty because my computer is fixed, and I didn't have to pay for it.
