~tcblondie：i had the worst customer service ever i have been a customer for ** yrs and i changed my service from personal to shared and i did it on line and i made a mistake in doing so now they say i owe *** they were no help in fixing the problem and hung up on me * different times had to call back and got someone dieffernet each time, was on the phone for *hr and half nothing resolved said i had to pay the money and the person i spoke with the last time was very very rude. i will be looking for another carrier as soon as this matter is over.
