~Terry:No one will honor the loyalty program, at the store or customer care, very frustrating. Now we are told Lg Phones are not even on the loyalty program and we have to return them. Really? If I knew this was going to be a big deal we would not get additional phones with you all and switch carriers. Very frustrating, I hate goting to the store, don't trust you service, nor do I feel compelled to recommend someone to get service with sprint.
